It's nice to have a cheat meal once or twice a week 😊
This time my cheat lunch is pasta, sausage and egg.
Simply pan-fry 2 or 3 sausages with toothpicks on the ends that holds them in a circle.
Next crack an egg in the middle, sprinkle some pepper and wait till the egg cooks at 1 side.
As for the pasta, simply make an aglio olio will do.
Add on with lovely salad of your favourite.
Over here, I added Romaine lettuce.
I did not use any salad oil as the pasta and sausages are already salted and flavoured.
Feel free to add salad sauce if you need more flavour to the veges.
